Capelou is a living site, as evidenced by the many visits of the faithful and travellers. But the sanctuary is deteriorating for lack of means.

Beyond the necessary external developments of the site already realized (Hall-Shelter of the Pilgrim, sanitary, ...), the renovation of the chapel itself is of primary importance, like a jewel in its case: without the chapel, there would be no Capelou. NB cette phrase est repétée?

The building, a century and a half old, requires urgent repairs.

While the restoration of the stained glass windows and their protection is coming to an end, the problem of humidity must be addressed immediately by sealing and installing proper drainage in the building, before considering its interior restoration, particularly the renovation of the building and the plaster in the chapel of Pieta.
